The Thunderhawk Expand-Lock frame reinforcement tube kit is designed to slide inside the thin-wall factory sub-frame tubes, increasing the tube thickness and strength by over 140%. By installing these frame reinforcement tubes, your RZR sub-frame will resist bending where the factory front and rear sub-frame tubes attach to the main frame rails and also resist flex and damage where the control arms are mounted.
Thunderhawk's patent-pending Expand-Lock system makes installation easy, there is no welding or drilling required. Simply tighten the Expand-Lock bolt and these frame reinforcement tubes are secured inside the factory frame for a solid, bolt-in installation. Thunderhawk frame tubes are designed to allow any water that gets inside the frame tube to drain, avoiding rust and freeze damage, and are zinc plated to resist rust and corrosion. New updated design includes stainless steel button-head bolts in lower rear tubes for a smooth, finished appearance.
